Trip to Vang Xang & Nam Ngum Lake

Day 1. Vientiane – Nam Ngum – Vangxang
- AM. Around 08 h 30. CEL representative will pick you up at your hotel and enjoy a driving on the road “Number 10.” To Nam Ngum Dam, which is about 90 KM far away from Capital? Nam Gnum River is the second long river and has a source in the Northern Part of Laos closed to the Plan of Jars runs to the Mekong River and is one of the 2rnd important rivers for Lao people. Nam Gnum Dam is a huge beautiful, artificial lake was created as Dam. The lake is dotted with picturesque, many small islands. stop at villages living on the road Number 10 to study about their live activity and to Ban Keun and Ban Bo Villages where the traditional salt extraction by local people using the traditional instruments can be seen. After visiting we stop to visit Toulkhom Zoo for experiences about Asian animals. Arrive Nam Ngum Dam then boat trip for 1 hr. panoramic view and island of Lake.
- Lunch at Nam Gnum Lake restaurant.
After lunch drive on the Road Number 13 North to Vang Xang for visiting the archeological site which is dated back to around 11-12 Centuries of Mon-Khmer Period, here we can do soft trekking..
Dinner and accommodation at Vangxang Resort.
Day 2. Vangxang - Vientiane
Breakfast at Resort then soft trekking around Vangxang
Lunch at resort. After lunch drive back to Vientiane. On the way to Vientiane stopover to visit Hmong Minority Village and their market which is located at KM 52. Late after noon arrive Vientiane, transfer to your hotel
