This ride brings you to an area north of Vientiane where foreigners are rarely been seen so far. You cycle mostly on flat dirt roads through real country side, along villages, fish pounds and rice fields with great views over the mountains of the Phou Khao Khouay National Park. You will stay overnight in an Eco-Resort on the bank over the Nam Ngum River.
- Distance: 50-60 km per day
- Road condition: Mostly flat and 60% unpaved roads.
- Landscape: country side, villages, paddy fields and stunning mountain views
- Bicycles: mountain bikes 24 speed with pannier bags
- Difficult Level: easy soft adventure
